Message: I would give six stars if I could. When I experienced a panic inducing car breakdown on a busy highway exit, I called Bobby's Friendly Towing. Phil was incredibly kind and helpful on the phone, managed to get to my disabled vehicle even faster than his estimated arrival time, and had my car out of the road to safety before I knew it. His professionalism and calm, friendly demeanor turned a terrible situation into one that felt manageable, and although I hope I won't have need of another tow anytime soon, if I do, I know I'll be calling Bobby's Friendly Towing.

Message: TESSA IS AMAZING! She was a true blessing today as we needed a tow for my grandfather’s vehicle. Tessa not only took her time, but she stayed with us to help with operating issues prior to getting to our destination. She paid close attention to the small details of the vehicle and carefully made sure we had a safe tow. She even helped me make sure my vehicle was secure, and walked me through all the things needed for the next time we request a tow. I told her she is the only one I’m allowing to tow it from now on. I wouldn’t have been able to do anything without her today. Tessa if you see this, may God continue to bless you and your loved ones because I cannot thank you enough for the support you provided today. Did I mention she did all this IN THE RAIN? Message: NO ONE wants to have to call a tow truck, but after a belt broke on my car's engine going down the interstate, and after my roadside assistance service failed me, I phoned Bobby's. Hooray for excellent service from the dispatcher to the tow driver - the amazing Tessa! Even though I had to wait for over an hour - the dispatcher was up front about the wait time - I was surprised and delighted to see a woman driving the tow truck, who did her job expertly and professionally, and ASKED ME how I was doing! Thank you Tessa, and thank you Bobby's for great service and for charging a fair price and for getting my car to my mechanic.
