Message: The pickup process was horrible. When I was called to confirm the pickup, I was informed that the "car was there and that I would be in and out". I ordered a full size (Malibu or similar). When I got there there was a couple in front of me that decided they wanted to upgrade after seeing the car they were getting. They ended up giving the Malibu to this couple and then tried to put me in a Toyota Corolla. Ummmm that was not okay. Then tried to put me in a Nissan kick which is why to small. I am 6 foot 4 and was traveling to NJ from NC. Then told me that they had a Honda Accord, but it needed an oil change and would be close to 10 to 1030 before it was ready. My reservation was at 8 am, by this time it was close to 9 and I was already running late. They ended up putting me in a minivan which was not ideal but I had to take it as I had to go. When I dropped off the vehicle, Dylan helped me and he was super helpful and listened to my concerns and felt my frustration. I rent from you all alot and this was ridiculous. Also, the price was to be 164, but they tried to get me to pay 221. When I asked why the lady said "what is your daily rate", ummm it was a weekly rate, plus used points ihad accumulated l. She made it seem like it bothered her that I questioned the price.

Message: Greetings,. Like many businesses Enterprise has dealt with retaining good service personnel. I had unexpected need of a car rental due to mechanical breakdown. I'm glad to report things seem to have changed in that the online reservation went well along with Mr. Dylan coming to my location for pick-up and return me two days later when I returned the car. Customer service went well as they were busy. With busy vacation travel season upon us I wish the best for Enterprise Car Rentals.

Message: Devon is amazing! Wonderful personality, very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. There weren't any clean cars available when we arrived, but he went out there and cleaned one himself to help us get back to our jobs as soon as possible. He goes through the process very smoothly, and he's easy to understand yet informative. He went over the vehicle with us to ensure quality and makes sure any previous scratches or dents are noted before you take it. Overall great experience, give that man a raise!

Message: I ordered a rental car for a trip up north for the weekend. I rented a hybrid SUV which was a very nice ride. Unfortunately, there was no heat. Something was obviously wrong with the thermostat. I called Enterprise and spoke to Tyrese who was very kind and caring. He ended up discounting me 1 full day off of my transaction due to the inconvenience. He called me in the morning (I missed the call), and he called me again before closing which shows how caring and persistent he was. Excellent customer service from Tyrese!
