Message: This is long overdue. I have an 2001 kia optima that was hit in the parking lot at work. Ken/Owner was extremely pleasant, and knowledgeable. He went over and beyond looking for a headlight assembly part that would save me from buying the whole set assembly - (a new Kia headlight assembly is around $700) Isom automotive is a 5 star business (in a sea of zero's), period. Ken and his staff get another 5 stars for excellent customer service efforts. They are consistent and professional, friendly and kind. Message: Chuck and his sons always go out of their way to help me in any way they can to keep my car serviced an on the road. And I appreciate that. They are reasonably priced on their service. and don't try to put stuff on a car that you don't really need. I've also purchased tires for my vehicle from them which were also reasonably priced and good tires for the money. And I always see them for my car inspection. And have used them for oil changes in the past. So it's definitely been great all around service for my vehicle.
