Message: While traveling on vacation from Tennessee, my GLK broke down off the interstate south of High Point about 5:00 on a Tuesday afternoon, called these guys, Nancy answered and provided a trustworthy tow service, 20 minutes later my car was heading to the shop. Despite being after hours, the shop owner came and met us as we arrived and realizing my predicament immediately began working after discovering the problems. He called in one of his mechanics to help and within 30 minutes they had removed and replaced two broken pulleys and installed a new belt, problem repaired. All of this after closing for the day! Amazing! And it gets even better, Randy could have really stuck me with an inflated bill, but instead he was ridiculously fair, how great is that?. I cannot say enough good things about these folks. I've had several Mercedes through the years and dealt with many dealers and mechanics, I rate these guys at the top and highly recommend them for all Mercedes Benz service. Thank you so much to Randy, Nancy and Johnny, Good Samaritans still do exist!
